Robots.net tells me that Pascal Brisset has released a tutorial on building robotic microhelicopters from off-the-shelf components. His design uses a Gumstix XScale board running Linux that is linked via Bluetooth to a Linux-based laptop computer.

While I can see that such a tutorial could set aflutter the hearts and minds of RC model hobbyists and flying robot designers, I still am holding out for the Peeping Blimp.
Rather than a robotic microhelicopter, PB would be a similarly configured, microsized robotic airship that would carry a remote-controlled, Pan-Tilt-Zoom digital camera.
As Pascal Brisset notes, one of the limitations of such a project is that “Bluetooth radio range is 10 m. This is not appropriate for outdoor flight.”
