Better Speech Recognition

According to Better Humans, researchers at the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences have developed a new computer system that can understand better human speech. The approach, fundamentally different from that of existing speech recognition systems, gathers a word’s meaning regardless of how it’s spoken.
